I work with sensitive, high-impact humans—founders, creatives, executives, and teams—who are navigating growth, grief, reinvention, or burnout. Through a blend of astrology, energy medicine, meditation, shadow work, somatic healing, emotional intelligence, and spiritual insight, I help them restore coherence, expand with integrity, and lead from deep internal alignment. This work brings clarity to vision, nervous system support to leadership, and soul back into strategy.

This isn’t theoretical. It’s lived.

I’ve built and sold purpose-led businesses, mentored clients across 15+ countries, and supported individuals and organizations through meaningful, lasting change. I hold a degree in alternative education and over 4,000 hours of post-graduate training in the healing arts—including yoga, Andean mysticism, astrology, energy medicine, and trauma-aware somatic therapy. But more than anything, I’ve walked these teachings myself.

I’ve always been attuned to what’s under the surface—what hurts, what’s ready to change, what’s calling to be remembered. I’ve learned how to hold those edges with tenderness and truth. And I’ve spent decades creating systems, rituals, and real-life practices to help others do the same.

I live in the Pacific Northwest and work globally.
